New Woodworking Shop-A new home for my Power Tools

I am getting a new home for my Power Tools! We are having a detached garage built which will include space for my new workshop.  I am so excited I can’t wait for it to be finished. Yes it will also house our pick ups but the important thing is, IT WILL BE BIG ENOUGH FOR MY WORKSHOP! I have been working in a converted horse shelter for years and although It was dry, it was not warm in the winter, large enough to work larger projects or convenient as it is on the back of our property and did not lend itself to lumber storage,tools maintance or a multitude of other drawbacks. There are three very important points to consider when buying power tools for your workshop. First:  It is your shop.  what is a good power tool for someone else it may not be the best tool for your workshop.  You know what level of expertise you have and what fits into your woodworking plans. Two: Quality is always important to your decision.  The better the quality the longer your power tool will produce good results. Three: Price.  Never over spend on your power tools.  Upgrade when you can afford it.
